Do you see pediatric patients?

Trouble finding an eye doctor for your kids?

We can be that clinic for your child! Our pediatric eye care starts at 1 year old and we see all kids, toddlers to teenagers. If your child is nervous about doctor's visits, don't worry! We will work at their pace and hopefully calm their nerves down. If you have children who can be a handful, don't worry! We have movies and things to keep them entertained. Our exams are also spaced apart where your family will typically be the only patients waiting to get seen. This ensures each patient gets the attention they deserve, resulting in a detailed deliberate exam experience. Hopefully we can become that doctor's office who your kids wants to see yearly!

But my kids get checked at their school?

School vision checks, and even the checks done at the pediatricians office, are more like screenings than actual exams. Our pediatric care starts at 1 year old but every child should have at least one complete eye exam before they start pre-k, with exams done yearly afterwards. This will ensure that they will have the best vision to build up their education. Some things that can be prevented, or helped, by having regular pediatric exams are:
  • Amblyopia
  • Eye Turns
  • Double Vision
  • Eyestrain
  • Reduced Stereo Vision
  • Headaches
