Contact lens abuse will eventually lead to bad results!

​It might be tempting to sleep in your contacts, overuse your contacts by months, or use contacts only (and not get any glasses). Eventually, all that contact lens abuse will lead to irritation, which will lead to a bacterial infection, leading to a corneal ulcer and finally ending with this image: a corneal transplant.

​Don't sacrifice your vision to save a few bucks and be sure to follow the following guidelines:
- Don't sleep in contacts unless approved by your eye doctor
- Throw your contacts away as directed
- Pick up a backup pair of glasses to let your eyes rest
- Wear glasses or at least let your eyes rest for the last couple hours of the day
- If your eyes are still red or irritating for a couple of days after being out of contacts, see an eye doctor IMMEDIATELY. You may have an infection.
