3.5% fee will be charged for all tap and card related transactions. No fee for everything else.

You may be asking: "Why are we charging a card/tap fee?"
Here's why: Bank transaction fees are getting to the point where they are becoming unreasonable.

We've been asked "Why dont you just bundle the fee with your exam prices? They should be the cost of doing business."
Here's why: Rolling bank fees into our exam prices wouldn't be fair to those who didn't want to use a credit card to begin with. It will became a tax on everyone to essentially subsidize the lucky few who have rewards-based credit cards. 

You may ask: "What other options do you have to pay for the exam to avoid this fee?"
We accept: Cash, check, Venmo and Cashapp. Need to split a payment? As long as one of those forms of payment is what was mentioned, no fee will be asssessed. 

Bank fees for businesses typically range from 2-5%. With the cost of everything increasing, we believe we should keep the cost down as much as possible for our patients. Think about that the next time you come into an establishment who only accept credit card. You might be paying 2-5% more than you should.
